Carson’s Vancouver office – and current headquarters – was opened in September 1983 by Rae’s son, Rick Carson (current Chairman/CEO) and Dave Pentland (current SVP), at the historic Vancouver Transportation Centre.

The Vancouver operation started out with Rick and Dave regularly driving trucks from the Port of Vancouver to Seattle and back to load air cargo before their regular work day began. This tireless commitment to the job and strong work ethic has helped Carson become a leading mid-sized customs broker with multiple offices across North America.
